India-China face-off in Galwan Valley in Ladakh

The government on Saturday released 
detailed face-to-face details with 
China in the Galvan 
Valley of Ladakh as it 
categorically rejected.

Beijing's volatile 
claims regarding the Line 
of Actual Control (LAC) and said it 
would take up the issue 
But opposes his earlier stand.

The Foreign Minister 
claimed that since 
early May 2020. 

 the Chinese side has 
been disrupting 
India's normal traditional 
patrol pattern 
in the region.

which was addressed by 
ground commanders. 

MEA spokesman Anurag Shrivastava 
said that we do not accept the 
contention that India was

He also said that the Indian Army is 
fully aware of the alignment of the 
LAC in all areas of the 
Sino-China border areas 
including Galvanelli.

rejected China's claim that India is

the status quo. 

It may be recalled that Chinese Foreign 
Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian claimed 
earlier in the day that the 
Galvan Valley in eastern Ladakh.

which was rejected by the 
Foreign Ministry.

Srivastava said that 
the Indian side has 
never taken any 
action on LAC. 

In fact they have been 
patrolling the area 
for a long time without incident.

The MEA official said that all the 
infrastructure built by the 
Indian side is naturally in 
favor of LAC.

Responding to a question about the 
skirmishes between the Indian and 
Chinese soldiers he said 
The Chinese side attempted 
crime with a reasonable 
response from us.

He further said that India 
hopes to faithfully 
abide between the foreign 
ministers of the two countries to 
maintain peace in the region for 
the overall development of 
bilateral relations with China.
